Town Court Justice in Washington County Should be Admonished for Trying to Influence the Outcome of a Pending Case in Another Court

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct has determined that Roger L. Forando, a Justice of the Granville Town Court and the Granville Village Court, Washington County, should be admonished for trying to influence the outcome of a pending case in another court by communicating his interest in that case to the presiding judge, the defendant’s attorney and the District Attorney’s office.
